Ruben S. Robles

, Of Counsel

Background:
Ruben S. Robles is a native of El Paso. As a board-certified lawyer in Personal Injury Trial Law, Mr. Robles has been serving the West Texas Area and El Paso with great distinction. Throughout his professional career, he has served on various State Bar committees, and served as a board member of the Texas Board of Legal Specialization from 2005 until 2011. He chaired the board in 2011. He was a member of the Texas Pattern Jury Charge Committee. Mr. Robles has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the State Bar of Texas from 2014-2017. In 2021, the Texas Supreme Court appointed Mr. Robles to serve a 3-year term on its Grievance Oversight Committee. Mr. Robles became of Counsel in February 2021.

Chris Borunda is a native of El Paso. She graduated Loretto Academy. After graduating law school, Ms. Borunda served an Assistant City Attorney for 5 years and 7 months. After serving her community she shifted to private practice.

    Mark A. Bracken

    Background:
    Mr. Bracken was raised in El Paso, Texas and graduated Franklin High School. He earned a B.A. in Political Science, with a minor in Business Management, from Brigham Young University. He then earned his law degree from Pennsylvania State, Dickinson School of Law, where he served on the Editorial Board of the World Arbitration and Mediation Review. While in law school, he interned with Justice J. Michael Eakin on the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. After law school, he served as a law clerk for U.S. District Judge Earl H. Carroll in the District of Arizona and practiced law in Arizona before returning to the El Paso area.

    Mr. Bracken practices law in the areas of Medical Malpractice Defense, Labor and Employment Law, Insurance Defense of Bad Faith Claims, Personal Injury Defense, and Premises Liability Claims.

    Noel Richard Gattis

    Background:
    Noel R. Gattis was born in the Philippines and raised in El Paso. He obtained his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Texas at El Paso. He obtained his law degree from the University of Florida in 1998 and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1999. Noel has practiced law in El Paso since 2001.

    Background:
    Clifford R. Jessup was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. He is graduate of Coronado High School. He subsequently attended Brigham Young University, Texas Tech University, and Texas Tech Law School.

    He began his career as a trial lawyer defending cases throughout East Texas. He successfully tried and defended cases in Gregg County, Anderson County, Houston County, Harris County, Harrison County, Rusk County, Nacogdoches County, Shelby County, Dallas County, Henderson County, Upshur County, Marion County, Smith County, Collin County, and Van Zandt County.
