Mark A. Bracken was raised in El Paso and obtained his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in 2005. He then earned his law degree from the Pennsylvania State, Dickinson School of Law in 2008. While in law school, he worked as an intern for Justice J. Michael Eakin of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. After law school, he served as a law clerk for U.S. District Judge Earl H. Carroll in the District of Arizona. Before returning to El Paso, he practiced law in Arizona for several years, in which he represented clients in a variety of employment, civil rights, and personal injury matters.
Mark is licensed in Texas, Arizona, and California. His practice focuses on defending general personal injury and medical malpractice claims. Mark also represents and counsels clients regarding a variety of employment issues, including employment contract, employee handbook, termination, discrimination, harassment, disability, and wage and hour issues.
